Brass Nozzle Heaters

Brass Nozzle heaters also name brass band heaters, nozzle heaters brass, which use brass to seal the heating element which made of imported nickel chrome wire and high temperature resistant mica. Sealed brass heater nozzle heaters are completely against external factor such as melted plastics. They are very high resistant of wearing and shocks. High-watt density per square centimeter allows fast and safe reaching of the required working temperature. Sealed brass band heaters withstand extremely high pressure, ensure high insulation, good heat exchange, no internal gaps, and a completely smooth contact area, thereby optimizing and evenly transferring to each part of the nozzle. 

Sealed brass band heaters built-in thermocouple is available.
