Cartridge heaters place very important part in the whole heating area. The shell of the heater made of seamless stainless steel sheath, inside resistance wire (NiCr2080), MgO tube, MgO powder insulation, high temperature leads… Cartridge heaters in cylindrical easy installation in the drilled holes on the molds or equipment with different shape.
Cartridge heaters are manufactured in two basic forms: high density and low density. High density cartridge heaters are normally used in injection molds, dies, low density cartridge heaters are more suitable for packing machinery, heat sealing, labelling machines and hot stamping applications.
