Silicone Rubber Heaters

The flexible silicone rubber heaters are mainly composed of nickel-chromium ally heating wire, which between two layers of high temperature silicone rubber, in standard thickness of 1.5mm. The conventional power is 0.5W/cm ², and the customized heating power range can be 0.1W-1.2W/cm ². 

Because of the silicone heaters’ high elasticity and the ability to manufacture with original geometric cuts, they have been widely used in industrial fields, which have fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, high strength, convenient using, long safety life and not easy to age.

The silicone heaters can sticked with a layer of adhesive layer, which is can be quickly and conveniently installed on the objects. The built-in thermostat or temperature sensor are available. 

The max temperature of the silicone heater is about 200 ℃, which is easy to burn out if it exceeds the max temperature.

The silicone heaters can’t be used in water, and it will not be affected by water on the surface during use.
